Test
Whether working with paper or actual clickable demos, we employ a rapid iterative testing protocol, going through multiple tests with real users to guarantee the most compelling solution. We constantly collect feedback and listen closely to what is and is not working. This allows us to massage as we go, addressing usability issues as they arise, and removing obstacles along the way rather than troubleshooting after the fact.
As with the analysis stage, testing is all about listening closely to the user, gathering pertinent information regarding their experience, and translating this back to your team to ensure the best user experience possible. And with each new round of users tested, we quickly incorporate feedback to improve prototypes for the next round of testing. Rapid changes afforded by ongoing testing allow incremental refinements and prevent the need for post-test overhauls.
